1.7 Compliance status of ‘Guidelines on Programme Project Report’ – As per Annexure - IX of UGC(ODL) Regulations, 2017:
HEI shall mention the process followed to ensure that PPRs are prepared as per the guidelines mentioned in the Regulations. The explicit details of approval by its Statutory Authorities shall also be mentioned.
1. PPR of each course prepared as per Annexure IX of UGC ODL Regulations 2017. 2. Programme mission and objectives, relevance of the programme with KSOU objectives, targeted learners, justification of the programme conducted in ODL, academic services, admi ssion, curriculum and evaluation provisions, support of library, estimated expenditure of the programme, quality assurances etc. are given thrust. 3. PPR as approved by the Academic council and BOM uploaded to the webportal of UGC. 4. Ordinances prepared. 5. SLM developed. 6. Ensuring of requisite teaching staff to conduct the programme.
